A. Pre-sale service
Pls call us when you need detailed design schemes, Our design personnel will provide professional technical schemes for free based on the detailed investigation and study on the construction site and product design.
B. LED displays Installation and debugging
Our company will send professionals to conduct site installation and debugging in strict accordance with the requirements of the schemes and the original manual. If there is any special situation, it is necessary to make changes of part installation scheme, we will coordinate with users. Our company will ensure the consistence of completion time and contracted time. If it is delayed because of nature or other reason of users, the two parts will negotiate and solve the problems.
Debugging standard: Based on the predetermined standards of the manual of our company.
C. After-sale service
After LED display system was installed successfully, the after-sale service will start from the date the products were tested to be qualified.

2). Products maintenance:
-All the devices will be guaranteed for maintenance and home repair for free within a year once checked by the system. All the software can enjoy the free maintenance and update within 3 years. And we serve the owner with the special maintenance service standards ordered by the manufacture.
-During the stipulated maintenance period ( one year since it was checked and qualified ), if there is any problem of the maintenance of the software and hardware or the problem of the machine and quality, the manufacture will give a quick response within 4 hours and will be on the spot with 24 hours normally with the receipt of the owner’s letters or phones.
-We maintain the products and only charge the basic fee of the equipment parts if the system is used more than 1 year.
-The buyer will undertake the loss caused by improper usage and management within the maintenance period. And the manufacture enjoys the paid service. The manufacture will offer the service in advance and then negotiate who will undertake the fee on the condition that not knowing whose duty it is.
-All the equipments enjoy the lifetime maintenance. However, the manufacture will charge the material fee and proper labor cost depending on the condition.

·Establishing the 24 hours telephone service for technical support, TOECSTAR provides 24 hours technical telephone service for you.
·In order to discover and settle the problem in time, the manufacture offers fixed access service every 6 months and keeps the maintenance and checks the running condition for the major devices, software and the entire system in the fixed time.
·Maintenance and spot service: We will provide free check for the large LED display system previously if the owners want to hold significant event and need our help. Besides, we will send technicians on the spot within the time the owners propose the demand, assuring that there is no problem on the usage of large LED display within the activity.
